Invoice data entry without the typing
Pick the fields you need, or add your own, such as a cost centre or a payment reference. Line items keep their description, quantity, unit price and total.
Totals that add up
The line items are checked against the subtotal, and subtotal plus VAT against the total, so a misread figure is flagged before it reaches your books.

How do I convert an invoice to Excel?

Is the invoice extractor free?
Yes. One invoice of up to 2 pages at a time, with a small daily allowance and no account. A free account takes longer documents, whole batches, and keeps your field choices.
Does it work on scanned invoices?
Yes. A scan or a phone photo saved as a PDF is read the same way as a digital invoice.
What can I download?
Excel, CSV, JSON and Word. The CSV holds the line items, ready to import into a spreadsheet or accounting tool.
Can I use it for accounts payable?
Yes, for the data entry. Supplier invoices become rows you can import into your accounting or AP system, with the totals checked first. It does not approve or pay invoices.
Is my invoice stored?
No. The file is read and the result comes straight back to your browser; we keep no copy of either. That is also why you should download the result before you leave the page.
